Robert Parker Joins Infinium Software as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Marketing.
Company Also Appoints Accomplished Industry Veterans to Lead

Infinium Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:INFM), a leading developer of Web- and server-based business software applications for high-growth companies, today announced the appointment of Robert G. Parker to the position of senior vice president, worldwide marketing.
Mr. Parker brings more than 27 years of computer industry marketing experience to Infinium Software. Responsible for all marketing functions, Mr. Parker will lead the company's strategic marketing and planning process. Most recently, he served as vice president of marketing at Atria Software, a highly successful software development tools company that dominated the software configuration management market. Mr. Parker founded his own marketing management consulting firm and has also held senior marketing positions at BBN Software Products, Data General and Eastman Kodak.

Mr. Parker received his MBA in marketing and sales management from Babson College, and also holds a BS in mathematics from the University of Massachusetts. He resides with his family in Natick, Massachusetts.
Wraight and Green Tapped to Lead New Marketing Operations and Marketing Programs Organizations
Further strengthening its worldwide marketing operations, Infinium also announced the appointment of accomplished industry veterans Chris Wraight and Linda Green to lead Infinium's newly established marketing operations and marketing programs organizations.
Chris Wraight, Director, Marketing Operations
As director, marketing operations, Chris Wraight will oversee Infinium's worldwide marketing communications, corporate communications and interactive marketing activities. Mr. Wraight joins Infinium from Spectrum Information Technologies, where he served as vice president of marketing. He has also held senior marketing positions at Sovereign Hill, FutureTense, Lotus Development Corporation, and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Linda Green, Director, Marketing Programs
As senior manager, marketing programs, Linda Green will manage the lead generation and market awareness programs for Infinium's direct and indirect channels, as well as manage joint marketing opportunities with Infinium's alliance partners. Ms. Green has held senior marketing, marketing program management, and global alliance management positions at Sequent Computer Systems, Stratus Computer, Data General, and NCR Corporation.
