Broadband digital communications connection that operates over standard copper telephone wires. It requires a DSL modem, which splits transmissions into two frequency bands: the lower frequencies for voice (ordinary  leasing of 1,600 s/f at 281 Lafayette Street between Houston and Prince Streets. Executive vice president Robert Cohen and director Beth Rosen represented the tenant with Victor Fandel and Lynne Brenner of Fandel Retail Group.
