Robert J. Millikan, vice president, engineering and technology, pulp and paper at Georgia-Pacific, is retiring this month after almost 40 years of service. He began his career with Hudson Pulp & Paper in 1962 and was the maintenance and engineering manager at the Palatka, Florida Palatka is a city in Putnam County, Florida, United States.
