A three-time presenter/speaker at FAA workshops on Risk Analysis and Safety Performance Measurement in Aviation, Gray was also a recent member of the FAA's Air Carrier Operations System Model development team and is currently working with the FAA as a member of the Safety Management Systems Focus Group.
