Hogan, currently Managing Director, HR Services, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO) The officer of a firm responsible for day-to-day management, usually the president or an executive vice-president. . Mr. Hogan has been with Towers Perrin since 1979 in a variety of leadership roles and will be part of the Office of the Chairman, which consists of the CEO and COO. Towers Perrin also announced that James K. Foreman is rejoining the firm and assumes Bob Hogan's former role as Managing Director, HR Services effective June 2007. In this role, he will have overall responsibility for the global lines of business and geographic operations of the firm's HR Services business. He will also become a member of the firm's Executive Council. Mr. Foreman worked for over 20 years at Towers Perrin in a number of leadership positions, including Managing Director of Towers Perrin's Health and Welfare business, before joining Aetna to become the Executive Vice President of National Businesses.
