Robert DeNiro development set to start sales next July.

Stribling & Associates senior vice president Scan Murphy Turner has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for TriBeCa's newest condominium luxury residences. Ms. Turner is representing The Loft Residences at 116 Hudson, the latest of actor Robert DeNiro's TriBeCa developments.

Located in the heart of TriBeCa, The Loft Residences at 116 Hudson will offer a unique downtown living experience. Arthur Fefferman, president of AFC Realty Capital, has developed these one-of-a-kind condominiums along with DeNiro. DeNiro's other projects in TriBeCa include the TdBeCa Film Center and two restaurants--TriBeCa Grill and Nobu.

The Loft Residences at 116 Hudson were formed by combining an existing vacant 19th century brick structure with a new glass and metal curtain wall structure. The new structure now includes four full-floor condominium residences and a multi-terraced, duplex penthouse unit, as well as 4,000 s/f of retail space. The residences, designed by BKSK Architects, will include four 2,200 s/f two-bedroom units and a larger 3,000 s/f penthouse. Each apartment will occupy both the brick and glass sectors of the building, combining modern and traditional elements.

Each loft will feature a kitchen by the Italian firm, Snaidero, heated marble floors, Brazilian cherry wood floors and wood burning fireplaces. All owners will have large, private storage rooms. A spacious lobby design will offer secure dual entry with double doors featuring "shot peened" stainless steal wall wrap. Jerusalem stone floors with flamed accents, custom high-honed plaster wall and a solid walnut built-in bench will make for a grand entrance.

The duplex penthouse will combine luxury interiors with immense private outdoor spaces. Three terraces will be easily accessible from the main rooms. The living room, foyer, kitchen, guest room and private bathroom will all be located on the first floor. A custom wood and steel staircase will lead to the upper floor of the duplex penthouse, where a second bedroom and the master suite will be located. The master bath will feature an over-sized steam shower, Snaidero vanity with satin nickel legs, as well as a Burma Teak marble slab that will extend to a large soaking tub. A private terrace with a built-in wet bar will also be available.
