Wickham, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, will step down as Chief Executive Officer and continue in the position of Chairman of the Board effective with his retirement on March 26, 2003. At the same time, Roadway veteran James D. Staley, 53, will serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the transportation holding company. Robert L.
