The New Jersey office of Brandywine Realty Trust Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) is a real estate development trust (REIT) in the United States that buys, sells, leases and manages approximately 225 commercial properties, no more than 25 industrial parcels of land, mixed-use property, and over 200 acres of undeveloped  reported that several new leases have been consummated during the fourth quarter, bringing Brandywine's overall New Jersey portfolio to 96% occupancy rate Noun 1. occupancy rate - the percentage of all rental units (as in hotels) are occupied or rented at a given time

The State of New Jersey renewed its 27,049 s/f lease at 1000 Howard Boulevard in Mt. Laurel. Brandywine Realty Trust's Bryant Hill served as in-house leasing representative in the transaction.

Dechert, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  renewed its 23,723 s/f lease at Princeton Pike III in Lawrenceville, with George Sowa, senior vice president, serving as in-house leasing representative.

Fleet Insurance Services renewed its lease at Atrium One in Mt. Laurel, totaling 16,485 s/f, with Bryant Hill serving as in-house leasing representative and CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  representing the tenant.

, Inc., a communication systems company, renewed its 14,758 s/ f lease at 308 Harper Drive in Moorestown. Kathy Sweeney, of Brandywine Realty Trust, was the in-house leasing representative in this transaction, with Jones Lang LaSalle Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) is a major real estate and money management services firm headquartered in the Aon Center in Chicago, Illinois and the only company in its industry making it into Fortune magazine's list of the 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S.  Americas, Inc. representing the tenant.

SLM See service level management system and spatial light modulator.  Financial Corporation, a personal credit services company, leased 8,863 s/f of space at Two Greentree Centre in Marlton. Bryant Hill was the in-house leasing representative and CB Richard Ellis was the tenant broker in this transaction.

Thomson Professional & Regulatory, Inc., an information retrieval services company, leased 8,059 s/f of space at 6 East Clementon Road in Gibbsboro, with Tim O'Brien serving as in-house leasing representative and Gelcor Realty, Inc. representing the tenant in the transaction.

Harrison Career Institute, an employment placement agency, leased 7,842 s/ f at Plaza 1000 in Voorhees. Tim O'Brien was the in-house leasing representative in this transaction.

AmeriQuest Transportation & Logistics Resource Corp. renewed and expanded its lease to 7,550 s/f at Liberty View in Cherry Hill. Bryant Hill served as in-house leasing representative on behalf of Brandywine Realty Trust, while Resource Realty represented the trucking services company in this transaction.
