MAJOR PROJECTS COBURG AREA Pearl Street: Construction work between Stuart Way and Roberts Road Roberts Road is part of Barton Stacey which is located South-East of Andover. Prairie Road: Construction work between Carol Avenue and Enid Road. Road closed to through traffic during work hours. Installation of storm sewers. Expect one-lane traffic under control of flaggers. Expect five- to 10-minute delays. Use alternate routes if possible.
