Riverbank relacates Lincolnshire

Riverbank Realty Company represented Lincolnshire Management, Inc., in its relocation to 10,075 square feet of office space at 780 Third Avenue. Paul Glickman, senior vice president of Riverbank handled the transaction, which was reportedly valued at $1 million.

Lincolnshire Management, Inc. is a rapidly expanding leverage buy-out company which was looking for turn-key space in a prestigious building and needed immediate occupancy.

The sublessor, Wang Laboratories Inc., is represented by Riverbank Realty as its exclusive subleasing agent.
