1 City (1990 pop. 131,591), Los Angeles co., S Calif., at the base of the San Gabriel Mts.; inc. 1866. has appointed Hans Schaepman to executive assistant manager of rooms division, and Samantha Telesford to spa director. Schaepman was the director of hotels operations for the Ritz-Carlton, Coconut Grove in Miami: Telesford was previously spa director for Sense Spa at Our Lucaya Beach & Golf Resort in the Bahamas.
