Industry Veteran to Drive Strategic Development of HIPAA-Related

Enterprise Risk Management Products and Programs

RiskWatch(R), Inc., a leading provider of security risk management solutions, today announced that it has hired Dr. Sybil Ingram-Muhammad as Senior Director of Healthcare Programs.

A respected and experienced healthcare and information technology professional with significant knowledge on the impact of the HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104-191) Also known as the "Kennedy-Kassebaum Act," this U.S. law protects employees' health insurance coverage when they change or lose their jobs (Title I) and provides standards for patient health,  regulation, Dr. Ingram-Muhammad will spearhead the future direction of HIPAA-Watch(TM), the company's risk assessment solution for healthcare and a component of its Enterprise Risk Management platform.

She will also lead the strategic expansion of RiskWatch's Certified Consultant Program in support of HIPAA-Watch.

She is one of the nation's foremost speakers on HIPAA awareness and consultancy.
