"We're moving our headquarters to the Columbus, Ohio metro area because it is a wonderful incubator for franchise restaurant chains, offering the support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services  and expertise we need," Hoyle said. "Ohio is geographically situated to let us serve our franchisees well."

Hoyle also announced the company has shortened the brand name to Rise & Dine[TM] Restaurants. The new web address for the chain is www.risedine.com. The company's research demonstrated strong appeal for the "Rise & Dine[TM]" name, which speaks to the breakfast-lunch segment the restaurant serves, Hoyle said.

"We'll continue to have a strong presence in Florida, with the existing 11 restaurants continuing to operate under the Peach's Restaurant name," Hoyle added. The Florida locations include one franchise, as well as 10 licensed affiliates owned by Peach's Restaurant founder Michael Luciano. Luciano's company, Peach's Restaurants Inc., will remain in Bradenton.

Rise & Dine[TM] recently announced area development agreements in Missouri (25 units), Texas (20 units) and Ohio (50 units). The chain's first franchise location outside of Florida opened at 1284 W. Fifth Avenue in the Grandview community of Columbus on Feb. 12 and is enjoying a brisk business, Hoyle said. The restaurant is open from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and offers a wide variety of breakfast and lunch fare, including signature dishes such as French Toast Crunch French Toast Crunch is a breakfast cereal launched in 1995 artificially flavoured to taste like french toast. It is made by the General Mills company.

The cereal pieces originally looked like mini slices of French toast, but General Mills now produces the cereal similar in

Four additional Rise & Dine[TM] locations are under construction in Ohio and are scheduled to open this spring, Hoyle said. They include the Nationwide Arena District in downtown Columbus, Dublin, New Albany and Marion.

Peach's Franchise LLC was formed in 2006 to franchise the successful Peach's Restaurant breakfast-lunch business model. The breakfast-lunch category is one of the fastest growing segments in the restaurant industry, drawing Baby Boomers with disposable income disposable income

The Rise & Dine[TM] franchise initiative is targeting individual owner-operators and successful, multiple-unit franchisees who want to add the breakfast-lunch category to their mix. The chain is focused on maintaining a "people first" culture, including encouraging franchisees to be active in the community.
