Risdon Group Expands Its Manufacturing Operations in China.

WATERTOWN, Conn. -- The Risdon Group announced today that one of its connected companies has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Decorpart Asia Suzhou Limited, a wholly foreign-owned enterprise (WFOE) of PD Group Limited of Nelson, Lancashire, England.

Decorpart Asia, located in Suzhou, China, is a major manufacturer of metal cosmetics packaging components. With immediate effect, Risdon-nominated directors have taken majority control of the board of Decorpart Asia and full control of the day-to-day management of the company.

With the investment in the Decorpart Asia facility, a site with full metal forming and finishing capabilities, the Risdon Group extends its core competency in cosmetics packaging into the Asian market, and substantially broadens its commitment to customers, to the marketplace and to its employees.
