Ripco leasing prize retail space.

One of 34th Street's most desirable retail locations--an impressive 40,000 s/f block of space directly across from the Empire State Building--is coming to the market.

Presently occupied by Banana Republic, the three-level store, which boasts 67 feet of frontage along the north side of 34th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, is being marketed exclusively by retail leasing specialist Ripco Real Estate Corp.

According to Ripco principal Peter Ripka, the store at 17-19 West 34th Street presents a company that has a product to sell as well as a global image to foster the rare opportunity to achieve both goals simultaneously. It also happens to be the largest block of store space currently available along the Herald Square/34th Street corridor.

Ripco was appointed exclusive agent for the Banana Republic space by landlord Martin Domansky of PRD Realty.

The space comprises 13,000 s/fat street level; 16,000 s/f on the second floor; and 11,000 s/f below ground level.
