Rio de Janeiro--Fr. Renato Chiera, founder of Casa do Menor Sao Miguel Arcanjo, the largest Brazilian organization dedicated to the needs of Rio's street children, has asked Aid to the Church in Need (headquartered in Germany) for $48,300 to provide a chapel for the children of Tinga centre.
