2. E-Commerce Engine: A complete e-commerce solution is provided that will support financial fulfillment directly to our customer's own merchant account, or outsourced through RightsPublish. The RightsMarket shopping cart supports all major credit cards both in U.S. and Canadian currency.

3. Different price for different rights: Customer needs are changing, and traditional distribution models must adapt to these new demands. RightsPublish expands the range of options, offering publishers the ability to serve their users in a variety of ways to consume digital material. RightsPublish supports subscription or membership based modules whereby different users (e.g. members versus non-members) can be charged differently or assign different levels of document access. Whereas physical documents allow for only one type of sale, eContent can be sold in any number of ways, including:

- view only - view and print - try before you buy - subscriptions - single use - time-limited use - aggregation - customization

4. Chameleon chameleon (kəmē`lēən, –mēl`yən), small- to medium-sized lizard of the family Chamaeleonidae. About eighty species are found in sub-Saharan Africa, with a few in S Asia.  Facility/Content Syndication: A unique feature of RightsPublish is referred to as the "Chameleon Facility." It allows a single catalog of items to be presented through more than one website "window" essentially by syndicating web distribution channels. Using Chameleon, publishers enable their existing web retailers to offer digital goods through their own website with no additional website development required. This makes it possible for the content owner to retain centralized cen·tral·ize

5. Peer-to-Peer Networking/Branding: The success of the Napster-like model shows that distribution of pass-along of files and documents can be very effective on the Internet, so why not profit from the popularity of these methods? RightsPublish documents and files can be freely forwarded via email or posted on the Internet as these actions can increase sales. Unauthorized users are presented with a friendly cover page or audio clip that re-directs them to the catalog where they can then purchase the content. Files are protected using persistent encrypted en·crypt

In protected documents, the cover page or audio clip is branded with the content owners logo, as are all the other pieces of RightsPublish technology - the catalog, our intelligent Install Wizard when downloading content, even the document icon on the user's desktop. This front-line functionality strengthens the relationship and loyalty between the content owner and the consumer.

6. Support for different file types: RightsPublish is format-neutral, meaning that the product is not limited to supporting any one specific file type, we support the tools that consumers already use and trust. Currently, documents are distributed in the popular Adobe Acrobat PDF format. RightsPublish also supports MP3 audio files through a secure plug-in to the WinAmp audio player, and HTML pages displayed by the Internet Explorer browser. RightsMarket will also support other new content formats when demand is sufficient.

7. Audit and Royalty Reporting: RightsMarket's leading digital rights management (DRM (1) (Digital Radio Mondiale) A digital audio broadcasting (DAB) system for AM radio in Europe. See HD Radio.

      -- cross-sell, up-sell and bundle more effectively
-- develop more effective product offerings
      -- enhance publisher/consumer relationships
