RightsMarket Joins Entrust Alliance Developer Program.

RightsMarket Inc. (OTCBB:RMKTF)(CDNX:RTS.), a leader in digital publishing and digital rights management is pleased to announce its membership in the Entrust(R) Alliance Developer Program(TM) (EADP).

As a member of the program, RightsMarket intends to work toward Entrust-Ready(TM) status, which will allow the company's newest product, RightsVault, to leverage the security infrastructure provided by Entrust's portfolio of trusted e-business solutions. Once completed, the RightsVault secure document management software will allow Entrust/PKI(TM) clients world-wide to extend their security to file-level use, including text, audio, email and html formats.

RightsMarket's first product, RightsPublish, was released in early October, offering a complete solution for e-publishing and content management to publishers, associations and content owners. RightsVault, which will be the company's second software product, extends the base technology available in RightsPublish, to support document security, control and auditing for corporate, government, financial and healthcare customers. RightsVault can assign usage rights such as view, copy, print, meter or partial consumption, allowing documents to be shared, while controlling access and providing system administrators with full audit capabilities.
