Lindsay Moir, President and Chief Executive Officer, RightsMarket Inc. (CDNX:RTS.)(OTCBB:RMKTF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Godsell to the newly-created position of Chief Operating Officer.

Godsell has been progressively involved with RightsMarket since November 1999, initially serving on the company's technology advisory board. In June of this year, Godsell was appointed to the position of Vice President of Business Development.

Most recently, Godsell was Vice President and Business Unit Manager for Beta Systems Software AG Berlin Storage Division. He was also the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and a founder of Harbor Systems Management Ltd., a Calgary, Alberta-based storage management software company. His career also includes senior-level responsibility for development and product management at several international technology companies including Digital Communications Associates (DCA) in Switzerland and at IBM in Germany.
