Rieter Perfojet. (Machinery & Equipment Review).

Rieter Perfojet, Monthonnet, France, has recently sold a 3.5 meter Jetlace 3000 spunlace system along with a Perfodry 3000 dryer, to Shaoxing Hengsheng Textile Company, Shaoxing City, Zhengjiang Province, China. With this new investment, Shaoxing will be able to produce high quality spunlaced nonwovens in sizes ranging from 30 to 300 gpsm. Rieter Perfojet's Jetlace 3000 offers alternative bonding, utilization of random Micro Perforated Cylinder (MPC) and positive pre-wetting and high pressure injectors. Perfodry 3000 is a compact dryer for spunlaced nonwovens lines with an integrated air system, economical construction and easy installation. Features of the Perfordry include energy efficiency, high strength toll construction, roll-out maintenance-easy design, compact airflow system and dual temperature zones. Website:
