Wine Country Party & Events (WCPE), recognized for its reliability, innovation, and introduction of modern technology designed to increase customer service within the party rental industry, announced today that Austria's Riedel Crystal has selected WCPE as its West Coast rental distributor. Because of WCPE's groundbreaking use of Web cameras in its warehouses and Global Positioning System (GPS) in all delivery vehicles, Riedel executives in Austria will be able to track and monitor their rental products from the comfort of their desks.

WCPE is the first rental company in wine country to use Web-based video monitoring of warehouses, specialized routing software, and GPS tracking of deliveries. The company's routing software combined with GPS enables WCPE to chart optimal routes, provide accurate delivery notification to customers and monitor truck activity at any given moment. As a result, the company is able to provide customers assurance that products are available and on their way for on-time delivery. Additionally, WCPE will soon become the first party rental service in the area to offer online ordering, further simplifying party planning.
