Ricochet Coversheet is a simple Web form which the user retrieves from a corporate intranet. The form allows the user to select from a list of administrator-defined document packages (e.g. loan application) to create. The utility then presents the user with a short list of index fields associated with the chosen package. The user fills in these fields and Ricochet Coversheet returns a document cover sheet with two barcodes. The user prints the coversheet to the copier or MFP (MultiFunction Printer, MultiFunction Peripheral) See all-in-one and MFD. and then scans it with the document.
