Richest zip code attracts third Searle store.


Faith Hope Consolo, cChairman, and. Joseph A. Aquino, executive vice president, of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Leasing and Sales Division, exclusively represented luxury retailer Searle in a 25-year lease for a 5,000-square-foot store on the ground floor of 1142-44 Third Avenue.

Searle will join Bare Escentuals, Arden B. and Canyon Beachwear, all of whom Ms. Consolo and Mr. Aquino brought to the building in the past few years.

 Ms. Consolo, who along with Mr. Aquino has brought Searle to several of its New York New York, state, United States
