The Richardson QuickSkill(TM): Consultative Telephone Selling program is a Web-based training program designed to help Sales Representatives maximize every sales opportunity, ensuring Reps they have the skills to engage customers, identify needs and persuasively position solutions, and close sales. Each QuickSkills course is made up of 3 integrated parts:

-- 20-minute completely interactive simulations to provide

-- Up to 15 different reinforcement tools -- about 1 1/2 minutes

each -- for follow-up including role plays, performance

support, and an eTrainer

-- An interactive Assessment Test and Individual Action Plan
