* Riceland Foods Inc. and Producers Rice Mill, both of Stuttgart, have been awarded contracts to provide food to the Iraqi people. Riceland has won a $592,000 contract to provide about 8,000 tons of rice--about 25 percent of the 32,000 tons the federal government is buying for food aid to Iraq, which had been a large market for rice before the Gulf War of 1991.
