Rhea & Kaiser Marketing Communications hires Eileen Crosby as a Mgt Supvr to lead the Southern row crop business for Bayer CropScience, overseeing activities for the cotton, rice and peanut markets.

Bill McLain joins the agency as Sr Acc't Exec, public relations, on the FiberMax cotton business. Both had been with Bader Rutter.

Stacy Mayo joins the agency as Ass't Acc't Exec, public relations of Bayer corn and soybean products. She is a recent graduate of Kansas State University.

The agency also promotes Jeff Walter to Mgt Supvr. He will manage all branding efforts for the Bayer CropScience corn, soybean and sorghum portfolios.
