Returning to the sacred in everyday matters: through food, movement and healing ritual.


A holisitc-health based course will explore areas in daily life where we may be unaware of the presence of the Sacred, the foundation of life. Through cooking, journaling, discussion, fairy tales and biography work participants will learn way to transform everyday routines into sacred practices. Susan West Kurz, President, Dr. Hauschka Skin Care, Rachel Ross, therapeutic eurythmist and educator and Anne-Marie Fryer, Waldorf teacher, nutritional counselor and biodynamic farmer will present.
