NEW YORK -- Return Path, Inc., the leading provider of email delivery assurance and whitelisting services, announced today that it has launched Sender Score Certified Nonprofit, further customizing the industry's leading whitelist for the nonprofit audience. Sender Score Certified Nonprofit increases delivery of permission-based email by removing a large portion of filtering at participating domains. There are no license fees and application fees have been significantly reduced for nonprofit organizations. In addition, the application process has been shortened considerably for all companies. Twenty nonprofits currently participate in the program.

"Nonprofits that meet the high email reputation standards required to gain acceptance in Sender Score Certified should not be deterred by licensing and application fees, or the perceived time it will take to gain program acceptance," said George Bilbrey, vice president and general manager of Return Path's Delivery Assurance division. Sender Score Certified, formerly the Bonded Sender Program, was recently re-launched using more stringent reputation requirements to become accepted and to remain in compliance with the program. The system is now based on the deep reputation data available in Return Path's Sender Score Reputation Monitor database, the first reputation system of its kind that analyzes data from a comprehensive set of ISPs and filtering companies covering more than 60 million email inboxes.
