(the "Fund") is pleased to announce that its directors have appointed Mr. Eryl Roberts as the Fund's new Chairman of the Board, replacing Mr. Michael Michael, archangel Michael (mī`kəl) [Heb.,=who is like God?], archangel prominent in Christian, Jewish, and Muslim traditions. In the Bible and early Jewish literature, Michael is one of the angels of God's presence. Steplock who has decided to retire as a director of the Fund. Mr. Roberts has served as the Executive Vice-President of the Electrical Contractors Association of Toronto from 1989 to 1999 and as the Executive Vice-President of the Electrical Contractors Association of Ontario from 1989 to present. He is also Treasurer of the Joint Electrical Promotion Plan and represents management on several joint industry committees and tribunals. "On behalf of the Fund, I would like to thank Michael Steplock for his tremendous leadership as Chairman of the Board since the Fund's inception in 1995" said Mr. Roberts. "I look forward to continuing to serve the shareholders of Retrocom Growth Fund as its new Chairman," he added. Concurrently with Mr. Robert's appointment as Chairman, Mr. Primo Fantin was appointed Vice-Chairman of the Fund's board. Mr. Fantin has also been a director of the Fund since 1995 and brings with him 38 years of experience in the construction industry and 18 years of experience in the finance industry. He is President of a development company and Secretary Treasurer of Roswell Homes. He has also acted as General Manager of Ontario Public Network.
