The three companies reserved space in the final 23,000 s/f building which has recently completed construction at the shopping center. "These tenants will add to the diverse roster of local and national retailers that will be available at Boonton Plaza," indicates Michael Gartenberg, Garden Commercial's director of leasing. The new tenants follow in the footsteps of the International House of Pancakes which is scheduled to open at Boonton Plaza next month. They will join existing tenants, including Wal-Mart, Wachovia Bank, Quizno's Sub, Payless Shoe Source and GameStop.
