Lillian Vernon Lillian Vernon Corporation is an American catalog merchant and online retailer that sells household, children's and fashion accessory products. The company has signed a twelve-year lease for 52,652 s/fof office space in the well known, Class A office property, and plans to move into the facility in the fall of 2004.

Lillian Vernon, which signed a long-term lease, will occupy the entire 9th and 10th floors of the building. The company will relocate from 1 Theall Road in Rye where it has occupied the entire 65,000-sf building since 1998.

Glenn Walsh, senior director and Larry Ruggieri, associate, of Cushman & Wakefield represented building ownership.

"The new lease at 445 Hamilton Avenue confirms Lillian Vernon's commitment to Westchester County, said Mr. Walsh. "Demand for quality office space at affordable prices is very strong in White Plains. White Plains Plaza is offering very aggressive lease terms."

Lillian Vernon is a 53-year-old catalog and online retailer that markets gift, household, gardening, Christmas holiday and children's products.
