Salt Creek Grille was built on a 12,000 s/f pad site A pad site is a freestanding parcel of commercial real estate located in the front of a larger shopping center or strip mall. Desirable because of their visibility to consumers, accessibility, and the ease of facilitating drive-thru service, pad sites are typically sought after by  facing heavily trafficked US Route 1. This acclaimed restaurant has a highly-successful sister establishment in Rumson, N.J.

Fred Knapp, vice president of asset and property management of The Gale Company, the Village's owner, said, "With its unique design, well-earned critical reputation and high-profile location, we are confident it will immediately become a major new draw and destination point for the Village." Luxe Home Company also opens its doors in December after moving to the Village from Princeton's Palmer Square Palmer Square is a collection of shops, resaurants, offices and residential spaces in Princeton, New Jersey. Originally built in 1937 by Edgar Palmer, the Square was created by architect Thomas Stapleton as the town's complement to Princeton University, which is directly adjacent . Anchoring the east end of Main Street, the store occupies an 11,000 s/f space that has been fully renovated to accommodate Luxe Home Company's expanded product line of furniture and home furnishings.

Finally, this month marks the opening of the Village's Food Court. The 12,000 s/f space, now located on Rockingham Row, is expected to attract an estimated 700 to 800 people per day.

More grand openings are already on the calendar for early next year, including CanDo Fitness, the northeast's most upscale health club, scheduled to open in February 2007, and its adjunct, Koi Spa.
