Retail leasing ahead of schedule for The Shops at Columbus Circle.


Time Warner Center The Time Warner Center is a mixed-use skyscraper developed by The Related Companies in New York City.  landmark rising at Columbus Circle Columbus Circle, named for Christopher Columbus, is a major landmark and point of attraction in the New York City borough of Manhattan. Completed in 1905 and renovated a century later, it is located at the intersection of Broadway, Central Park West, Central Park South (59th  on Manhattan's Westside, has proven to be a much sought after location, with retail leasing proceeding well ahead of schedule.

Opened last week, the development has now reached a dramatic milestone in its leasing, as 98% of the space is leased.

The seven level retail component of the 2.8 million square foot Time Warner Center, collectively known as The Shops at Columbus Circle The Shops at Columbus Circle is an urban shopping mall in the Time Warner Center in Manhattan, New York City — a complex of skyscrapers that was completed in 2003. It is located at Columbus Circle, next to the southwestern corner of Central Park. , consists of a retail, restaurant, and entertainment complex totaling 350,000 square feet of leasable space.

Together with the 150,000 square feet of Jazz at Lincoln Center Jazz at Lincoln Center is a constituent company of the Lincoln Center performing arts organization, whose performing arts complex, Frederick P. Rose Hall, is located at 60th Street and Broadway in New York City, slightly south of the main Lincoln Center campus and directly  performance spaces this world-class destination provides New York's Westside with 500,000 square feet of dynamic restaurant and entertainment uses. An unparalleled mix of over 40 luxury and specialty retailers along with five world-class restaurants and a park view "one of a kind" luxury bar, will offer visitors to this destination an impressive shopping and dining experience.

Major retailers to open at The Shops include Hugo Boss, Joseph Abboud, A/X Armani Exchange, Sephora, Cole Haan, J. Crew, Eileen Fisher, Thomas Pink, Coach, Stuart Weitzman, Tourneau, Whole Foods Market, Equinox equinox (ē`kwĭnŏks), either of two points on the celestial sphere where the ecliptic and the celestial equator intersect. The vernal equinox, also known as "the first point of Aries," is the point at which the sun appears to cross the , Borders and Williams-Sonoma.

The Restaurant Collection will include world-class operations on the third and fourth levels of the Center, including establishments from Thomas Keller,

Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Masa Takayama with both a restaurant and sake bar, Gray Kunz, Charlie Trotter and Rande Gerber. On the 2nd concourse level, The Equinox Health Club and Spa will create a 40,000 square foot "club within a club" including an Olympic swimming pool and a full array of personal training and spa services.

Whole Foods Market will occupy 60,000 square feet on concourse level one with a store featuring an international array of prepared and fresh baked foods and specialty dining food bars, much in the tradition of Harrods and Harvey Nichols, the great London food halls.
