This next generation of the pSeries 550 is built with IBM's POWER5 processor. With the new micro-processor chip, the pSeries 550 is highly adaptive and reliable. The self-managing features can help automate system monitoring, reducing downtime and service interruptions. The system is also flexible when it comes to adjusting workloads and performance, which gives Hilo Hattie the ability to react quickly to fluctuation in daily business activities.
