Restaurant Technologies, Inc. Opens Depot to Serve Kansas City Market.

MINNEAPOLIS -- Restaurant Technologies, Inc. (RTI), a leading provider of bulk cooking oil management services to the food service industry, is pleased to announce that the company has opened a depot in Olathe, Kansas.

Opened in September 2005, the Olathe depot will service RTI customers in roughly a 100 mile radius, including the cities of Kansas City, St Joseph, Topeka, Lawrence, Ottawa and Higgensville. Michael Hennies, general manager, oversees the facility and its operations, which are located at 1552 East Spruce Street in Olathe. The depot employs approximately 10 RTI personnel.

RTI has strategically located depots throughout the United States to support its customers, which include companies in the fast food industry, restaurants, grocery stores, school, hospitals and other food service providers. A depot serves as the distribution center for delivering new cooking oil and housing waste oil. Currently, RTI has 30 depots nationwide with plans to expand to 36 by the end of 2006.
