The Institute for Rehabilitation rehabilitation: see physical therapy.  of Laryngectomees- USA has been established to give laryngectomees and speech-language professionals an information resource bank where they can access new and vital information for pre- and post-laryngectomy treatments.

The not-for-profit IRL-USA offers free services (O.Eng. Law) such feudal services as were not unbecoming the character of a soldier or a freemen to perform; as, to serve under his lord in war, to pay a sum of money, etc.

The IRL-USA was created to develop and promote educational resources that enhance the pre- and postoperative rehabilitation of laryngectomees, and to support other organizations working to provide optimum therapy techniques and ensure safe, holistic care.
