Resource Finance & Investment Limited: Aggressive 2007 Drilling Programme Announced.

HAMILTON, Bermuda -- Resource Finance & Investment Limited ("RFI") (OTCBB:RFIVF) is pleased to announce that Industrial Minerals Corporation Ltd (IDM:ASX), in which the Company holds approximately 45%, will engage in an aggressive exploration drilling and resource enhancement programme, commencing 1st October 2007.

Following on its highly successful 2006 drilling programme, in which substantial high concentrate valuable mineral deposits were proven, IDM will now progress with a further 217 holes in five deposit areas in Coos Bay, Oregon where it holds the exploitation rights to. The programme should yield some 8,300 ft of core for analysis. Drilling in three of the five areas will be Step-out, while activity in the remaining two areas will be of an exploratory nature.

IDM has proven the presence of substantial deposits of unusually high concentrate chromite, garnet, zircon and other valuable heavy minerals on its concessions, and intends to build a plant on company owned property located at Coos Bay, which will have the capacity of processing at least 400,000 tpa of material.
