Resource Consultants, Inc., Vienna, Va., is being awarded a $15,556,215 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract for in-service engineering agent (ISEA), engineering and technical support services for Naval satellite communications radio frequency systems. This contract will cover both ISEA and installation support for non-integrated shipboard installations. The support will include management support, engineering support, technical support, Integrated Logistics Support, fabrication support and non-integrated shipboard installation support. This contract includes options, which if exercised, will bring the total cumulative value of this contract to $79,043,918. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed by September 2007. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the current fiscal year. The solicitation was competitively procured via the SPAWAR e-commerce central web site, with two offers received.
