Resolution 2001: Taking Care of Our Selves.


Every year many of us make resolutions to take better care of ourselves, and arm ourselves with the determination to get or remain healthy. Many of the discrepancies in our health statistics are in our power to control. By eating well, exercising and avoiding substances that abuse the heart, nearly all of us can, in Maya Angelou's words, "take our wellness in hand."

Fortunately, help and support is out there! There has been an insurgence in·sur·gence
