County during 2005, up 2,358 units from the previous year. Much of the increase in unit volume came from lower and mid-priced units such as townhouses and condominiums. THE PACESETTER KB HOME THE Los Angeles-based homebuilder tops this year's list of the largest residential developers with 753 units sold in L.A.
