, most of the greater San Fernando San Fernando, city, Argentina
San Fernando (săn fərnăn`dō), city (1991 pop. 144,761), Buenos Aires prov., E Argentina. It is a district administrative center in the Greater Buenos Aires area.
Valley's homebuilders saw huge increases in the number of units sold in 2004.

However, for many of the builders and developers on the Business Journal's list, the increases came in other regions of the country rather than the Valley.

With land extremely scarce locally, homebuilders have been forced to move to other regions for their projects.

KB Home, which ranked No. 1 on the Business Journal's list, saw the largest increase in number of units sold in the greater Valley area. The company sold 732 units of homes in the greater Valley region in 2004, an 88 percent increase over 2003.

DR Horton Horton, river, c.275 mi (440 km) long, rising in a lake N of Great Bear Lake, Northwest Territories, Canada, and flowing NW to Franklin Bay, a part of the Beaufort Sea.  Inc. was close behind, selling 700 units in 2004, compared to 390 in 2003.

DR Horton also sold the largest number of units nationally, 43,567, compared to 31,646 for KB.
