BEHEMOTH Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp., a subsidiary of publicly-held Cendant Cendant Corporation was a New York-based provider of business and consumer services, primarily within the real estate and travel industries. Although the company was based out of New York City, the majority of Cendant's headquarters employees were located in Parsippany-Troy Hills, Corp., has more than 3,500 company and franchise real estate offices all over the world. The company has more than 50 offices in the greater L.A. area, each staffed with more than 100 agents. Within the San Fernando Valley area, Coldwell Banker operates 43 offices staffed by 781 agents. Last year, the corporation received accolades from J.D. Power and Associates, winning the rank of "Highest Overall Satisfaction" for repeat home buyers among national full service real estate firms.
