Resicom Analytics real estate indexes available on web site.

Residential and commercial property owners now have a way of knowing the appreciation potential of their real estate - thanks to the introduction of Resicom Analytics, Inc., the real estate analysts, now on-line at www.resicom.com.

By using a revolutionary indexing system, Resicom Analytics tracks and analyzes the demographics that directly impact the selected property. The property is then indexed in six categories of real estate evaluation. For example, a residential property would be indexed as follows:

In addition to the residential index available on the web site, the company currently provides indexes for four different aspects of commercial real estate along with a host of free services ranging from a mortgage reduction analysis to weekly mortgage rates.

To date, the Resicom Analytics web page targets purchasers, owners/sellers, investors, businesses/consultants, residential professionals, and commercial professionals.
