The book builds on information from prior chapters, and, therefore, it may be more time consuming to retrieve the information needed. The authors provide a comprehensive treatment of the subject matter, and the depth of coverage is sufficient for its audience. The information is current, and extensive references are provided where appropriate throughout the book to support the reliability and validity of concepts and materials presented. The book is well written, and the chapters are logically organized, starting with basic concepts in research, formulating ideas for conducting research, designing and implementing research, and culminating in presenting and analyzing data.
