- Each month, a different market sector is overviewed in Food Launch Focus, such as functional soft drinks, confectionery confectionery, delicacies or sweetmeats that have sugar as a principal ingredient, combined with coloring matter and flavoring and often with fruit or nuts. In the United States it is usually called candy, in Great Britain, sweets or boiled sweets.  and fairtrade foods. The main focus is on market size, key drivers and future prospects.

- Finally, the Products Listing section provides listings of all the new products recorded on the on-line databank FLAIRS FLAIRS Florida Artificial Intelligence Research Symposium  (Food Launch Awareness in the Retail Sector) over the past month. The section is divided into UK Branded Launches, UK Own-Label Launches and International Novel Product launches.
