Load factor for the carrier increased by 1.0 percentage points in the fourth month of 2012 to 80% compared with 79% in the corresponding month of the previous year. Republic Airways Holdings is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is an airline holding company that owns Chautauqua Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Republic Airlines and Shuttle America. These carriers offer scheduled passenger service on nearly 1,500 flights a day to 132 cities in 43 states, The Bahamas, Canada, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Mexico under branded operations at Frontier, as well as through fixed-fee airline services agreements with five other US airlines. The fixed-fee flights are operated under an airline partner brand, such as AmericanConnection, Continental Express, Delta Connection, United Express, and US Airways Express US Airways Express is an airline brand name, rather than a fully certificated airline, and as such, the US Airways Express name is used by several individually owned airlines or airline holding companies which provide regional airline and commuter service for US Airways. .
