Repositioned building attracts new tenant.


Intellectual property licensing specialist, Competitive Technologies, Inc. has leased new office space at 777 Commerce Drive in Fairfield, CT.

After years as a tenant on Bronson Road, Competitive Technologies is expanding and incorporating a contiguous, single-floor design to maximize efficiency.

They investigated several alternatives in Westport and Fairfield before coming to a meeting of the minds with ownership at 777 Commerce Drive, who offered a repositioned building, abundant parking and competitive lease terms in a strategic location close to the proposed new Fairfield train station. The new space is comprised of approximately 11,000 s/f on one main floor.
