Reporter Richard: I'm next to be on TV!

Byline: Richard Porritt ,

A big Brother film crew was in town last night - to discover the real Huddersfield.

The reality TV team met people in the bars and clubs around the town as well as filming famous landmarks including the Galpharm Stadium The Stadium

 and the railway station.

So they called on Huddersfield's great and good to tell viewers of Big Brother's Little Brother why our town is so great - but everyone else was busy so they had to settle for me.

The production crew sat me down next to the Harold Wilson

For other people named Harold Wilson, see Harold Wilson (disambiguation).

statue and asked me to talk calmly and clearly about the wonders of Huddersfield.

I felt like an ambassador for the town. "It is a grand old town with lots of history. Just look around at the incredible architecture," I told them.

"And of course the town is young and lively because of the students and it has a great punk ethic - the Sex Pistols played their last ever British gig here."

Then they stopped me ...

"OK, OK, enough about the town, let's get to the really important bit," said Selina, a typical London media type.

"Does Lesley have the biggest boobs in Huddersfield?"

And so it continued. I should be on Channel 4's Big Brother's Little Brother tonight and you may also see me on Big Brother's Big Mouth this evening as well. The interview lasted about 15 minutes but I imagine all my carefully rehearsed spiel spiel   Informal

about how great the town is will be on the cutting room floor, substituted for stupid comments about bra sizes or Lesley's huge ear rings.

Meanwhile in the house Skelmanthorpe lass Lesley has been fighting again, this time with her best buddy Craig.

Lesley turned on the 20-year-old Norfolk hairdresser for making friends with arch-rival Sam after a bust-up in the house.

"Have you made friends with Sam?" Lesley asked.

But Craig denied the accusation A formal criminal charge against a person alleged to have committed an offense punishable by law, which is presented before a court or a magistrate having jurisdiction to inquire into the alleged crime. : "I am more your friend than hers, honest!

"I apologised for the name calling, but not what I said, because she is nasty."

Lesley accepted Craig's explanation and admitted she too was considering saying sorry to Sam: "I was wrong for saying I would gouge gouge (gouj) a hollow chisel for cutting and removing bone.
