To Members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants With over 330,525 CPA members (in August 2006), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) is the largest professional organization of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) in the United States of America. :

The Nominations Committee hereby proposes the following nominees as Officers, members of the Board of Directors, members of Council-at-Large, elected members of Council, members of the Joint Trial Board and members of the AICPA AICPA

 Peer Review Board. Upon election, the candidates will serve in the positions indicated from the Fall Council Meeting, Oct. 20-22, 2002, in Maui Maui (mou`ē), island (1990 est. pop. 82,500), 728 sq mi (1,886 sq km), second largest island in the state of Hawaii, separated from the island of Hawaii by the Alenuihaha Channel and from Molokai by the Pailolo Channel. , Hawaii Hawaii, island, United States

The committee nominated the following as Council Members-at-Large for two-year terms ending in 2004 filling the unexpired terms of Michael Conway Michael Conway

Michael Conway (1844 – ?) was Irish Nationalist Member of the UK Parliament for North Leitrim, 1885-92, and a teacher. He was a supporter of Charles Stewart Parnell.

Conway was the son of Edward Conway of Moylough, near Tubbercurry, Co.
 and Jimmy Williamson who were nominated for election to the Board of Directors:

* Elected Members of Council: After consideration of the recommendations submitted by the state CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000.  societies, in accordance Accordance is Bible Study Software for Macintosh developed by OakTree Software, Inc.[]

As well as a standalone program, it is the base software packaged by Zondervan in their Bible Study suites for Macintosh.

 the Officers, Directors and Council Members-at-Large at the Fall Council Meeting, Oct. 20-22, 2002, in Maui, Hawaii. No nominations from the floor will be recognized. However, independent nominations may be made by any 20 members of Council if filed with the Secretary by June 21, 2002, which is four months prior to the Fall Council Meeting.

The Committee will also nominate elected members of Council at the Fall Council Meeting in Maui, Hawaii. Pursuant to the bylaws, balloting for directly elected Council members in any state where vacancies shall arise will occur only if a contest for one or more seats develops as a result of submission of independent nominations to the Secretary by any 20 Institute members in the state at least four months prior to Oct. 20, 2002. In the absence of any contest, all such Council nominations will be declared elected by the Secretary and they will assume office at the Fall Council Meeting in Oct. 2002.

The Committee will also nominate at that meeting the members of the Joint Trial Board and the AICPA Peer Review Board.
