Nonvoting delegates in the House were the Board of Directors, representatives of sections, the PTA Caucus Delegates, and the Student Assembly. Representatives from the Ethics and Judicial Committee and the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties were consultants to the House, along with the members of the Reference Committee and designated Association staff. Nonvoting members were allowed to speak to issues and to make motions. After the call to order, the House observed a period of silence out of respect for our physical therapy colleagues who had died since the 2005 meeting.
